Position carries no meaning. The system is structural — it exists so future assets and shared systems have somewhere to be recorded, not to imply a schedule.
I spent years working inside other people's digital businesses — across traffic, partnerships, growth and operations.
I saw firsthand how businesses can have significant resources at their disposal and still struggle to turn them into meaningful growth — through inefficient allocation, weak operational decisions, and the wrong people in critical roles. It shaped how I think about building: keep the team small, put experienced people where judgment matters, and design the system around how the business actually needs to operate.
At some point I became less interested in improving someone else's business, and more interested in a different question: what could a very small team build, if it owned what it built and designed how it worked from the start?
IVAKEN is that question, being tested. I'm Anton Ivashkevych, and this is what I'm building.
We don't know yet how far this goes.
